COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited (CBL) was established in 2000. It is a joint venture between COFCO Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company, CBL is also specialized beverage business platform among COFCO Corporation, two Fortune 500 companies. COFCO Corporation controls 65% shares and TCCC 35%.

       CBL operates 19 bottlers, covering 19 provinces and municipalities (i.e., Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Tibet, Hunan and Guizhou).
